What is the definition of Governmental House?
The Programme constructs the house (either within a residential compound or a separate residential unit), and hands it over to the beneficiary. The housing aid can be in the form of a grant or loan. If the housing aid is in the form of a loan to construct a governmental house, and its value exceeds the financial aid from the Programme, the beneficiary shall repay the difference directly to the Programme.
